If one is truly in love...then everyday is like V-day to them:)
BUT then, who am I to complain :) I had a great V-day myself. It started off rocky when I nearly chewed le BF's head off because he was late, but it quickly evaporated when he pulled out the prettiest bouquet of flowers (which was exactly the reason for his lateness).
We wanted to do Sushi Tei, but decided on Swensens instead cos the former was too far. I had a 49ers Sourdough beef set and he had a BBQ chicken course. First time trying Sourdough and Im glad to say it wasn't half bad.
After we had a quick jaunt to Sculpture Square where yes, there was YET another flea market going on, but this time I couldn't find anything decent to buy. Sad, but still afloat by the infectious Valentine vibe everywhere. A decent hour and a half of LAN gaming later, we walked down to town to see the sights...
.... and got snapped by photographers of CLUBSNAP community! hahhah. I grabbed Justin but he was too stoned(stunned???) to react. For that fleeting moment, I had the full on paparazzi treatment and sure as hell enjoyed it. lol
Hhahah i look terrible, and got posted on the forum!!http://www.clubsnap.com/forums/showthread.php?t=476810
As we popped by Cineleisure for a bit, we immediately spotted this guy who was holding a 'Free Hug' sign by his lonesome self. Aww...come on people, ain't V-day the festival of love? I gave him a brief hug and looked at Justin questioningly. He kept going about it being tooo gay and stuff until i gave him the classic:
'Honey, if you truly love me...you would do it for me?'Whahahahaa. Evil June. But he did it in the end and even snickered abit after. I wish I took a pic but he moved off to fast. He says that he may try the same thing next year, but sans a shirt.
I gave him the evil eye.
We finally settled at Taka, and there was some craaaaaaaaazy clearance sale at the basement atrium, and I got some great accessories from Island Shop which would usually cost an arm and leg. Le BF has also kindly sponsored a cool cocktail ring from Forever 21 (thanks-muacks).
Not forgetting the quintessential outfit posts!
On a personal level, i abhor brainless couple dressing. Its retarded and people don't find it cute; they prolly pity you for having such poor taste. Yet, I wanted to try couple dressing in the 3 years we have been together, but with style. I roped in the Boy for an impromptu photoshoot which he did with great finesse.
Theme was black, white and PURPLE, with checks. Someone has been watching too much Gossip Girl episodes...
Pants(actually are leggings): some shop frm Eastpoint

Here is wishing everyone out there all the love and joy that LIFE has to offer!
