Sorry if I come off kinda obnoxious about it, but I feel that I deserve the right for my pictures to remain exclusive, what with painstakingly editing and collag-ing all my pictures for close to 4 and a half hours straight. Call it my preserving my creative integrity if you will.
Sincere apologies to you for this post, but please don't take it the wrong way. I don't mean anything personal yea?
On a lighter note, today was splendid! :)
The boy and I gave each other some much needed TLC, given his long manning hours of late. It was a treat at Swensens, a brief trek through the nearly inaccessible Bugis Village, a solid hour of LAN gaming @ Parklane Mall, and ended with the us catching 'Bride Wars' @ the Cathay.
babydoll top(thrifted), denim leggings (ihearts.lj), lime wedges (The Box), boho bag (Outfitter girls)
The new game in town, 'Left 4 Dead' is my new obsession.
Will be reviewing its gameplay in a later post :)
I got me some good finds from BV today... namely a black flutter-sleeves dress,
I think leggings are my current craze at the moment, considering they are more lightweight than denim skinnies, which is good if you are suffering from sensitive skin like me.
Quick review of Bride Wars
Not really the best chick flick I've watched so far, but it was enjoyable. Whats not to love?
With the talented Anne Hathaway and Kate Hudson, both ladies have a undeniable chemistry that just makes a movie of 'used-to-be-best-friends' sparring over the same wedding date, such a hilarious hit. SABO at its best!
Some parts were pretty bland, but well-timed comical moments coupled with the truth that having your best friend by your side makes everything tolerable, even on your worst-est day; saved the movie from being cliched and forgettable.
That and well, i think it shed some light on the real state of things when girls become brides. We fight tooth and manicured nails for our BIG DAY alright. I kept telling Justin that he should watch and learn from the movie closely.
Suffice to say, he is duly traumatised at the moment. LOL
